Jill Urban is a licensed real estate salesperson with William Raveis, Chappaqua's #1 brokerage firm. Jill came to Raveis after a long career in the television news industry. She worked for 18 years as a reporter at NY1 News in New York City; many of those years serving as the station's Home and Real Estate Reporter. As Home Reporter, she often covered the 4 Fs of home ownership: Finding, Financing, Fixing and Furnishing. As the Real Estate reporter, she had her finger on the pulse of the real estate market, covering trends and offering tips and tricks to buyers, sellers and investors. She then started her own production company and worked to create content for major real estate brokerages and publications. Being out in the field with homeowners, renters, realtors, attorneys and home improvement experts helped give her the most well-rounded perspective and understanding of the real estate world. No doubt, her favorite part of it all was working with and getting to know people; hearing their stories and learning from their expertise. Now, Jill's passion has become her profession. As a real estate salesperson, Jill applies her years of experience in journalism and storytelling to her buyers and sellers to achieve successful results. She knows how to ask the right questions, listen to their answers and needs, and guide them, so together they can write the next chapter of their story. Clients know they can depend on her honesty, integrity and fierce advocacy. She has a gift for bringing people together and will help her buyers not only find a home, but feel at home when they arrive. She lives in Chappaqua with her husband and two young children. She is an active member of the community and spent two years serving as the PTA Chair/Vice Chair at Grafflin Elementary School. In her off time, she loves being with friends and family, doing Pilates and working on DIY projects.
